Your details, kept simply.

When you join The Standing on this site we ask for your name, your email address and whether you are a founder or an investor. This page explains what we do with them.

What we use it for

• To add you to The Standing and contact you by email about it: introductions, events and opportunities that are relevant to you.
• To understand who is joining, so we can bring the right founders and investors together.

We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored securely in The Standing’s own systems (hosted by Supabase in London) and in Attio, the contact manager we use to keep in touch. This website is hosted by Vercel. To protect the form from abuse we keep a one-way, salted hash of the IP address each sign-up came from; we can’t turn it back into your address.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are part of The Standing. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your details.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop hearing from us, at any time by replying to any email we send you.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set cookies or use tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
